We know that in today’s world we are so busy that hardly we have time to eat and sleep. Rushing to workplace without taking breakfast, skipping sleeps and working for late night are all usual to us.
What if we stop for a moment and take a deep breath and relax to find a work-life balance. The essential element for a work life balance are:-
Wants and Desires
If I get into a college then I will be happy,
If I get married then I will be happy,
If I get good salary at work then I will be happy….
And the list of wants continues.
Forgetting happiness and rushing behind wants is what makes us lag behind work-life balance. Desires are good but wants are bad. It’s good to keep a goal and achieve it but regretting for not achieving a goal is bad.
Differentiate between want and desire to achieve work-life balance.
Society on work
Each work requires same hardwork and effort to be done, may it be a sweeper or a businessman
Choose what you want to achieve, listen to positive people, keep aside the negatives and workhard to achieve it.
Routine
Every great person has his or her routine or schedules.
Planning your day is important but most important is to follow your plan.
Reducing stress
Any single project or exam cannot decide the future. Try incorporating stress and live in the present moment with positivity.
Taking care of self
All the above four points should be followed regularly as to take care of self.
Eating breakfast, scheduling your breaks while scheduling your routine, limiting work for a single day,spending time with family and friends is all self-care.
