Emphasize on retaining your unwavering vision, and collaborate closely with your team to elegantly achieve these objectives under any circumstances.

Please refrain from attempting to assert your authority as a leader, as the dynamic between you and your friends should not be altered solely due to your promotion to a higher position. Maintain the same amicable relationship with them that you enjoyed prior to your advancement.
